An American Horror Story: 13 Haunted U.S. Hotels

With the current buzz around “American Horror Story: Hotel” and the enduring obsession with “The Shining”, it seems America’s twisted love story with haunted hotels won’t be dying off any time soon.
Indeed, a few months ago we asked 1,000 Hipmunk users whether or not they would stay in a hotel if they found out it was haunted. The answer was overwhelmingly affirmative, with 68 percent of respondents checking the yes box.
With Halloween hiding right around the corner, we decided to look at the seasonal cost of 13 well known haunted hotels. As a treat, we also did the research on whether they offer a haunted tour or a package.  Happy haunting!
